What are you Weighting for?

What are you weighting for?

What do you see?

What do you perceive?

What are you weighting for? Why so weary and heavy laden?

What are you carrying? My weight? My burden? Or yours?

What have I placed in your hand?

What power and authority rests in you?

Why so easily overwhelmed?

For I have given you the strength that no hostile power can overcome!

What is your kryptonite? Is it not your perception? Is it not your expectation? What is it you are expecting?

You say “my heart faints”. But I put these words in your mouth “my heart would have fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of God in the land of the living”

You try to speak doom and gloom but your tongue is twisted, and cannot utter them. My goodness! My good ness? Do you believe it? Embrace that which you cannot grasp. For that which you cannot grasp has a firm grip on you and a firm grasp of what is to come.

You struggle to get a grip, for your circumstance is slippery, your foundation is fluid, your standing is uncertain. And yet, and yet, AND YET, it is I that lifts you up! It is I that has traction, it is I that sets, it is I that determines your setting, for it is I that determines your foundation, it is I that sets your feet, that steadies your movement!

First to stand, but then to movement. For you move, in right standing. It is your stance that determines your movement! What is it you stand on? It is of no consequence! Yes it is of no consequence!

Whether mud, or sand, or water, slippery or smooth, rocky or flat, it is of no consequence. It has no impact, it has no bearing, it carries no weight. It does not determine your stance, your position. I AM the one who holds you up. I AM the one who sets you. I AM the one who steadies your steps!

I AM the one who teaches you how to walk, step by step, line by line, precept upon precept.

The line, the precept is what determines your step. My word is your rock, my command is what you align with, is what you stand on!

What is your stance? What is your position? What is your posture? Where do you stand? What drives you? How do you know where you are going?

Do you really care where you are going? Does it really matter? Is not your dream to be free? To be unbound, to just get in a drive? To have no set course? To be free from captivity?

You can see it now can’t you. The sun shining on your face, the wind in your hair, you look over to your beloved. But how do you look? What is your stance? Where do you sit? Are you concerned, are you worried, are you uncomfortable? No for your joy shall be full. The tears that roll down your face are of joy, not sadness, of peace, of prosperity, of excitement. Better than your trip north, with the girl of your dreams. So much joy your face hurts!

Joy overcoming pain, pain from too much smiling, surely that is the dream, surely that is your stance, surely that is what you hold fast too.

Take my hand, and come away with me, for the winter is past and the Spring has come!

Hi, I'm Seedcaster

This site is about elevating the word, lifting what God says higher than our circumstance -what we see with our own eyes, our perspectives of knowledge and understanding.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
