Unnatural

Unnatural

What is it you see before you?

At first the texture.

Then the intense heat.

The place of the burning.

The place of the burning heat.

The place of habitation.

This is the place where you will find me.

Take off your shoes for this is holy ground.

How is it that we overlook the details? How in any way is this a logical step? Is this not the place of the burning!

Have I not ordered your steps?

Everyone gets excited about the walking on the water.

But who takes off that which protects, and rests his foot upon that which burns?

Yet that which is material to you, is immaterial to me.

For who is it that made your foot?

Who is it that determined the ideal temperature, the best room temperature?

Am I not the author of it all?

As you shift, I shift with you.

As you respond to my command, that which you stand on responds to my command.

For it is not as it seems.

Why look to the creation for the command?

Exodus 3:2-5 The Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush; and he looked, and behold, the bush burned with fire, yet was not consumed. And Moses said, I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush is not burned. And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called to him out of the midst of the bush and said, Moses, Moses! And he said, Here am I. God said, Do not come near; put your shoes off your feet, for the place on which you stand is holy ground.

Do not come to your senses.

For the response is all that matters.

For we all know who is dead by their lack of response.

Yet at my word, there is always an opportunity for response.

For the dead come back to life at my command.

For you ponder your circumstances and wonder how you will proceed.

Instead ponder in wonder, stay in wonder, have regard for wonder and experience what is wonderful.

For you look to your situation and then consider how best to proceed.

Instead look at what I have shown you and then act like it has happened.

Make a proclamation on my behalf.

Announce my intent, declare my desire and see it come to pass.

For I shall bring it to pass.

For it shall not be as it was before.

For it shall not be as it was before.

Stop crawling around in the place of consumption.

Start flying around in the place of wonder, the place of expansion, the place of reproduction.

For I have appointed you to be above and not beneath.

You feel it in your bones.

For you were born for such a time as this.

The place of the coming and the going.

The place of delivery.

The place of harvest.

For it shall be glorious.

For it shall be beyond wonder.

Beyond the natural.

Beyond all limitation.

For as I was with Issac so I shall be with you.

The seed shall reproduce.

The harvest beyond all expectation.

So step on to the place that burns.

Come into the place of no habitation, the desolate place, the place where I am present, for here will I declare unto you my plan, my purpose, my instruction, my order. Here I will bestow upon you great power to shift, to reflect, to illuminate, to guide, to bless, to restore, to renew.

Come a little closer, take me a little deeper, for I want to know you more

Come aside, take some time out with me, hear, for an will open your ears to hear, and your eyes to see.

Make a proclamation of my intent and watch me bring it to pass.

Psalms 37:5-6 Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass. And He will make your uprightness and right standing with God go forth as the light, and your justice and right as [the shining sun of] the noonday.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
