Turn the Page

Turn.

Turn your attention.

Turn your position.

Change your perspective.

Take another look.

Look again.

Tell me what you see?

Describe it for me.

Here let me help you.

Here you are.

Here you find yourself.

In a moment in an instant, right in the scene.

Without introduction.

Without context.

Here you find yourself.

Darkness, intense darkness all around.

Yet it is the light that draws your attention.

Step in.

Step forward.

Come into the light.

Approach the light.

Come in.

Yes do come in.

You are welcome.

Access is granted.

You can never interrupt me.

Yet what is it you see in the light?

Who is it you see in the light?

Describe it for me….

The father of all ages sitting upon a chair, turning the pages on a very old book, a book with large pages, and lots of fine print. Pointing to words upon the page. Directing my attention to each word. Then turning the page, turning the page to a new page, a page not seen before, yet containing many words. Such warmth, such kindness, such peace, such comfort, the gentleness behind his very posture, the open invitation to come and take a look.

How is it that you find yourself here.

Is this not the picture you love the most?

Is this not that which you hang upon your wall?

What is it you love so much about it?

It describes so well my earthly father, and yet so clearly my Heavenly Father. A student of the word, for the impact shows so clearly on his face, the warmth of his embrace, the holding on, the holding on to your word. The love of the word.

The invitation still stands, you have an open invitation.

Please come in.

Please do come in.

For my word shall achieve all my intention.

Psalms 40:1-10 To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. I WAITED patiently and expectantly for the Lord; and He inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up out of a horrible pit a pit of tumult and of destruction, out of the miry clay (froth and slime), and set my feet upon a rock, steadying my steps and establishing my goings. And He has put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many shall see and fear (revere and worship) and put their trust and confident reliance in the Lord. Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who makes the Lord his refuge and trust, and turns not to the proud or to followers of false gods. Many, O Lord my God, are the wonderful works which You have done, and Your thoughts toward us; no one can compare with You! If I should declare and speak of them, they are too many to be numbered. Sacrifice and offering You do not desire, nor have You delight in them; You have given me the capacity to hear and obey Your law, a more valuable service than burnt offerings and sin offerings which You do not require. Then said I, Behold, I come; in the volume of the book it is written of me; I delight to do Your will, O my God; yes, Your law is within my heart. I have proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great assembly tidings of uprightness and right standing with God. Behold, I have not restrained my lips, as You know, O Lord. I have not concealed Your righteousness within my heart; I have proclaimed Your faithfulness and Your salvation. I have not hid away Your steadfast love and Your truth from the great assembly.

In the volume of the book it is written of me.

For in the volume of the book it is written of me.

These words echo in your ears, over and over, over and over. You went looking to find the answer, but could not discover it.

Here, let me give you the answer you seek.

For in the volume of the book it is written of me.

Write about me.

Prepare the volumes.

For in the volume of the book it is written of me.

You will need a volume.

Let’s call it volume one.

For it it time to turn up the volume.

For the world is looking for the answer.

And through you I will give it to them.

For I will let go and take another step, crossing the border line until I find what is next”

Hi, I'm Seedcaster

This site is about elevating the word, lifting what God says higher than our circumstance -what we see with our own eyes, our perspectives of knowledge and understanding.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
