Touch
Touch and feel that the Lord is Good!
You feel with intensity. Your senses amplified. Your hearing amplified. But you close your eyes. You don’t want to see.
You rest your fingers upon that which is solid. Feel the edge, feel the rough edges. You feel the ups and downs. Your fingers rise and fall. The high points and the low.
That which raises against you. That will falls beneath you. You feel every crevice, every bump. The blocks positioned adjacent to each other. But you know not what piece comes next, what peace comes next.
The anxiety builds.
But I am not building anxiety, I am building elevation. I am building the peak, the crest, the crescendo.
You feel it rising don’t you. The bursting against the containment. The shaking within and without. The expectation. The bursting at the seams.
But you are blind!
Your senses out of tune. For you rest not in darkness.
Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing, but the glory of kings is to search out a thing.
Rend the darkness. Open your eyes. Unveil the light.
Look again upon that where your hand rests.
Tiny bumps upon that which is solid.
Why discern your fate, from that which you feel?
Who needs Braille when you can see?
Deuteronomy 29:29 The secret things belong unto the Lord our God, but the things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all of the words of this law.
Open your eyes. Gaze open my glory.
Behold. My Glory!
2 Corinthians 3:17-18 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom). And all of us, as with unveiled face, because we continued to behold as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord Who is the Spirit.
Break free from your limitations. Cross the boundary.
Be confident, exuberant, and expansive in the Holy of Israel.
Expect more from me.
For Hope makes not ashamed!
