Too Strong

Am I coming on too strong?

Rather, I say “I am coming on too strong”

For the weak react to the presence of strength.

For I am too strong for them.

For my strength is too strong for them.

For my strength is all mighty, all powerful, undefeated.

They say I am too strong for them.

They would rather be weak than strong.

Yet I say to them “Let the weak say I am strong”

For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

Let them say “I am strong”

Let them agree with me that “I am strong”

Let them reveal their strength, for I am their strength.

For they cower and tremble in the place that shakes, when surrounded they cry out for my help, yet my strength is within, bursting to come out.

Dressed in meekness, not weakness I come.

For I am coming on with strength.

I have gone ahead of you, I have scouted the territory.

This is what I have to say about it…. it is a land flowing with milk and honey, tended by giants, yet you shall reap what they have sown.

Between you and them is my strength.

For I declare I am too strong for them, they assemble before me, they surround me, they lift me up upon a cross and revel in my defeat.

Yet it is not what it seems, for I have broken open the way, in the place of darkness my light bursts forth.

When I said “it is finished”, they thought I was expressing my weakness, my defeat, my surrender.

Yet I was coming on too strong, too strong for them, the crucified one, now the victorious one.

Yet their greatest weakness was their pride, they had captured freedom, they invited in freedom, they sent freedom to hell.

But their laughter was cut short, for their was no joy in their action, their plan was doomed from the start.

For they invited the one who possesses all strength into their place of weakness.

I willingly came, I allowed myself to be led, I showed them how to be strong in the place, on the path, of the greatest opposition. I was not afraid of the outcome, for I knew how this would end from the very beginning.

For I was coming on too strong.

Now understand and know this “Let the weak say I am strong, let the poor say I am rich because of what I have done”

For my power is made perfect in your weakness. In your weakness I am too strong.

When the enemy asks you how do you feel, say to him, speak to him and say…

“I am coming on too strong”

“The one, called “too strong” has sent me”

“The one possessing all strength anointed me, appointed me, sent me to tell you, too strong is here, too strong is coming, the one with all strength is coming”

Let the weak say “I am strong”.

Give permission to the weak to say “I am too strong”

Encourage the weak to say “I am strong, I possess the power of the almighty, undefeated one”

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
