Time’s up

Stand your ground.

Take this ground.

Having done all to stand.

Are you not in right standing?

Who has declared you righteous?

Who has set you apart?

For apart from me you can do nothing.

Have I not given you this land?

Have I not given you the ground upon which you stand?

For He who stands for you is so much greater than she who stands against you.

Who is it that enables you to stand?

By whose power are you able?

By whose power are you able to stand?

Who is it that gave you legs?

For I gave you power from birth.

What will it take for you to exercise your power?

For you feel it now don’t you.

It causes your hands to shake.

But it also causes your enemy to tremble.

You need to stop looking down upon yourself.

For it is time to look down upon your enemy.

Yes what is it you see?

Towering above the land, soaring above the clouds, looking down upon your enemy like ants.

You know what to do….

Get out the big stick and bang it upon the ground.

Yes that is it, bang it upon the ground.

You know what I am taking about.

Yes Lord I know only too well. The pain of it wells up within me, within my mind, within my very soul. For I remember the last time I did this. I remember another time where I stood upright before all to see, and banged on the ground and banged on the ground, and banged on the ground. More and more, more and more until my hand hurt and my arm ached. Yet what was to come, was not what I hoped for. The loss of my best friend…. The loss of the husband of the one I stood with in front of the assembly.

Yet look again my son, what is it you see?

Through my watery eyes, I see the rod in my hand struck the ground, and it broke open before me.

You have seen the breakthrough.

Yes you have seen the breakthrough.

“Yet for some of your breakthrough is now”

Yes I have broken through.

For this is a new boundary, that no one can cross.

For I have broken this ground.

I have established a perimeter that no man can cross.

For the ground shakes before your advance.

Acts 2:25-28 For David says in regard to Him, I saw the Lord constantly before me, for He is at my right hand that I may not be shaken or overthrown or cast down from my secure and happy state. Therefore my heart rejoiced and my tongue exulted exceedingly; moreover, my flesh also will dwell in hope will encamp, pitch its tent, and dwell in hope in anticipation of the resurrection. It is time for breakthrough.

For the dawn breaks.

For the dawn breaks across the land.

Light is established, and darkness retreats.

“So come and do what only you can do, and we depend on this one time, to know your goodness and see your glory”

“So we wait, we receive our strength”

“Spirit move, we are ready for you.”

Say to your opponent “Times up”, “Your time is up!”

For I declare the end from the beginning.

Isaiah 46:10-13 Declaring the end and the result from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure and purpose, Calling a ravenous bird from the east—the man who executes My counsel from a far country. Yes, I have spoken, and I will bring it to pass; I have purposed it, and I will do it. Listen to Me, you stiff-hearted and you who have lost heart, you who are far from righteousness (from uprightness and right standing with God, and from His righteous deliverance). I bring near My righteousness in the deliverance of Israel, it will not be far off; and My salvation shall not tarry.
