The Place for the Piece

First the piece, then the place.

The crafting of the piece, the shaping of the piece, the sculpting of the piece, the work of the piece.

For you are an odd shape, you look like you won’t fit, a misfit, a unique shape for a unique place.

For this is the place of transformation.

This is the piece that transforms, that takes shape, that takes the shape, That makes the shape.

First the seed of peace, for it blooms and blossoms before your advance. For this is not the flag of surrender, this is the path of peace. Like Elisha take the one who opposes for a walk on the path of peace!

It bursts forth across the land.

The scent of the seed of the fragrance of the chosen will be smelt across the land.

For they shall be attracted to your presence, they shall be drawn to the one who wears it.

“I have a word, I feel that people just need peace! The peace of God that surpasses understanding. Trust in the Lord and He will show you the path to take. Pray for joy, for the joy of the Lord is your strength”

For the shape is transformed by the seed. The place transformed by the piece.

For you know not, you perceive not, how it will all fit. Yet have I not shaped all things. Have I not given a shape to all things. For things take shape by my hand.

For there shall be a coming together, the small transforming the large. The seed transforms the soil, the landscape, the inhabitants, for they feed on the abundant produce.

For there shall the seed produce peace and prosperity.

Zechariah 8:11-12 But now in this period since you began to build I am not to the remnant of this people as in the former days, says the Lord of hosts. For there shall the seed produce peace and prosperity; the vine shall yield her fruit and the ground shall give its increase and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to inherit and possess all these things.

There shall be a turning point, a point of turning. Where the shape is made, the edge is formed, the piece in union with the place.

The piece in place, the transformation complete.

For the stream shall blossom. The blooming flowers resting upon the stream.

For the flowers are the sign of harvest. Not dead but transformed from the little petal to the tiger lily. For the flow does more than preserve, it brings forth the growth, the harvest.

All with one accord, a new accord, the many cords in one accord.

A wonderful melody, a new strength.

The many cords braided into one cord, one accord.

Without walls, for you shall be without walls. For you have no need of protection. You have no need of limitation. For you have crossed the line.

Zechariah 2:1-5 AND I lifted up my eyes and saw, and behold, a man with a measuring line in his hand. Then said I, Where are you going? And he said to me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is its breadth and what is its length. And behold, the angel who talked with me went forth and another angel went out to meet him, And he said to the second angel, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited and dwell as villages without walls, because of the multitude of people and livestock in it. For I, says the Lord, will be to her a wall of fire round about, and I will be the glory in the midst of her.

For the land of the promise is yours to inhabit.

The seed shall take shape. In this season the seed shall take shape, shall bear fruit, new shapes, new purposes, new places.

For I have made a place for my piece, for my peace. A place of quiet, stillness, isolated yet not alone, the tent of meeting.

I have cleared the ground, I have prepared the ground, I have prepared a place.

For this is the place of growth.

For you have outgrown your container. Bursting at the seams no more. For I have pushed out the boundary. I have made a place for growth, a place without restriction.

“Don’t be afraid of the quiet”

For the growth comes at my command. Just like the flower grows so shall it be for you.

Matthew 6:28-29 And why should you be anxious about clothes? Consider the lilies of the field and learn thoroughly how they grow; they neither toil nor spin. Yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his magnificence (excellence, dignity, and grace) was not arrayed like one of these.

First the seed, then the bud, then the bursting forth.

From the one shall come the many. From the hard shall come the smooth.

From the contained shall come forth the blossom of beauty, layers of softness, one upon another. For the fragrance shall burst forth from the seed.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
