The Masterpiece

The Masterpiece

The bang of the hammer, drives the point home!

Another chip off, another piece falls to the ground.

It’s taking shape, you’re taking shape.

Is nothing solid? All I see is brokenness all around, broken pieces. Incomplete pieces all around. Pieces taken from me. Stolen from me. Robbed from me.

When will this be over? I’m tired of it all. Spent. Worn out, weary! At full stretch, expanded beyond the limit.

I need a new perspective, a new point of view!

Refined, smoothed, shaped, complete, whole, sculpted. A masterpiece! A piece made by the Master!

Who does the work? Her name is patience, she takes her time, she is long suffering, endures much, hopes for more, and perseveres to the end!

James 1:2-4 Consider it wholly joyful, my brethren, whenever you are enveloped in or encounter trials of any sort or fall into various temptations. Be assured and understand that the trial and proving of your faith bring out endurance and steadfastness and patience. But let endurance and steadfastness and patience have full play and do a thorough work, so that you may be [people] perfectly and fully developed [with no defects], lacking in nothing.

She has been playing with me, enjoying the work, like a skilled craftsmen, building and sculpting a great work. The work of wholeness. The work of completeness.

Isaiah 27:2-6 In that day [it will be said of the redeemed] A vineyard beloved and lovely; sing a responsive song to it and about it! I, the Lord, am its Keeper; I water it every moment; lest anyone harm it, I guard and keep it night and day. Wrath is not in Me. Would that the briers and thorns [the wicked internal foe] were lined up against Me in battle! I would stride in against them; I would burn them up together. Or else, let them take hold of My strength and make complete surrender to My protection, that they may make peace with Me! Yes, let them make peace with Me! In the days and generations to come Jacob shall take root; Israel shall blossom and send forth shoots and fill the whole world with fruit [of the knowledge of the true God].

Where nothing is lacking, where wholeness is attained. Where transformation is complete!

Hebrews 13:20-21 Now may the God of peace [Who is the Author and the Giver of peace], Who brought again from among the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, by the blood [that sealed, ratified] the everlasting agreement (covenant, testament), Strengthen (complete, perfect) and make you what you ought to be and equip you with everything good that you may carry out His will; [while He Himself] works in you and accomplishes that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ (the Messiah); to Whom be the glory forever and ever (to the ages of the ages). Amen (so be it).

Hi, I'm Seedcaster

This site is about elevating the word, lifting what God says higher than our circumstance -what we see with our own eyes, our perspectives of knowledge and understanding.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
