The Highlight of Glory

The stream of light, the light in the stream.

It glistens upon the edge, upon the flow.

For it shall be glorious.

For it shall be glorious.

For it shall be glorious.

For my glory rests upon it. For my glory shall be the highlight.

For my light is upon the flow.

All shall see it, whatever their perspective they shall see it.

From beneath a ray of light, a flash of lightning.

When immersed a glistening upon the surface. My glory resting upon the surface.

Amidst the fountain, in the rising up, in the place of rising a fountain of blessing.

For my glory rests upon the fountain.

I’m sprinkling my glory all around, across the breadth and depth of the land.

Yet in the place of stillness my glory rises up.

For I am adding my glory to the mix.

Expect a new element, a new freshness, an element of refreshment, a new flavour, a new taste, a taste of glory.

For the bottom it rises up, from the pit it arises.

For all expect the light to shine from above, yet my glory rises up, it rises from beneath. From the unexpected place it bursts forth.

Better than any pain killer, much more powerful than aspirin, bubbling up like berocca.

Like nothing else, it is not added my you, it rises up from me.

It rises up from the cracks, from the place that which broken to uplift, to lift up.

For it provides its own source, it delivers its own power, it bubbles up, it overflows.

Flashes of light rest upon it, it permeates the mix, yet it is not diminished in the mix, it is the highlight, it remains the highlight, it is distinct, it is set apart.

The icing on the cake, but it rests not upon, but rests within.

For it is my stream of glory. The flow of glory. For my glory shall flow across this land.

For I have placed this cup of glory in your hand.

Psalms 16:5-11 The Lord is my chosen and assigned portion, my cup; You hold and maintain my lot. The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; yes, I have a good heritage. I will bless the Lord, Who has given me counsel; yes, my heart instructs me in the night seasons. I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad and my glory my inner self rejoices; my body too shall rest and confidently dwell in safety, For You will not abandon me to Sheol (the place of the dead), neither will You suffer Your holy one Holy One to see corruption. You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.

For my glory shines upon the seed. My light shines in the place of darkness. My glory rests upon the seed.

For after many days you shall find the byproduct of the seed, the harvest multiplied. For I have multiplied your seed. Why so surprised that you are now in the place and time where you shall reap?

For the tree rises and provides shade for the flow. The glory casts a shadow upon the flow.

The flow of rain shall fall upon the tree, the very drops highlighted by my glory. For this is a sun shower, a son shower.

For that which I have put in your hand shall impact the flow. Like the rod of Moses causing the flow of the river to take the colour of blood. What this not a visible highlight of my impact upon the flow, my presence in the flow.

Exodus 7:19-20 And the Lord said to Moses, Say to Aaron, Take your rod and stretch out your hand over the waters of Egypt, over their streams, rivers, pools, and ponds of water, that they may become blood; and there shall be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, in containers both of wood and of stone. Moses and Aaron did as the Lord commanded; Aaron lifted up the rod and smote the waters in the river in the sight of Pharaoh and his servants, and all the waters in the river were turned to blood.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
