The High Lights

At first a light spray, a sprinkle, a mist across the sky. His breath across the land.

Then a ray of light, like the sun, enhances and is reflected upon the mist.

And His Glory appears like the light of the sun, from age to age He shines…

Then the sound of the tool striking the wood, chiselling out the start of a sculpture.

Look for the contrast, the highlights, the high lights, those things illuminated on the edge, shining like the sun, reflecting my light, the high light.

You feel like you are falling, have fallen, but you look back this week, and see that I have elevated you, I have lifted you up. Falling is an illusion, elevation is real. Be lifted up, high across the land. You see the waves before you, for that is your impact upon that which surrounds you.

Laugh, just laugh at the words of your enemy, saying “let’s take a deep dive”. What a laugh! Such an invitation for impact, amplified impact.

Be not submerged in your thinking, be elevated, look up, look across, stretch forth your eyes, regard the horizon, look towards the edge. Take up your wings, fly, fly above, soar above, rise above. Did I not say you shall always be the top, never the bottom?

Deuteronomy 28:13 If you listen to these commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today, and if you carefully obey them, the Lord will make you the head and not the tail, and you will always be on top and never at the bottom.

What I have put in you shall elevate, shall cause you to rise, shall elevate what surrounds you. The peak, rise to the peak, permit me to elevate you!

Jeremiah 1:11-12 Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Jeremiah, what do you see? And I said, I see a branch or shoot of an almond tree the emblem of alertness and activity, blossoming in late winter. Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it. I am not surviving in my circumstances, I am not battling beneath, I am resting above, taking my position above – Graham Cooke Why would you use the word “permit” Lord, for I long to be above, not in the midst of the battle, not in the midst of the storm, but soaring above it?

What is your default position? What does your story say about you? “Battler, warrior, shepherd boy, the one who is driven to advance, the one wed to breakthrough. The one who must breakthrough.”

Why do you think I have wed you to the breaker? For you must drive through and she must break! Together you shall have the break-through!

What does breakthrough look like? Brokenness all around…

No….wholeness all around.

You stand on the broken things all around, bringing forth my wholeness. For to carry breakthrough, is to bring wholeness. To bind up the broken! To bring liberty to the captives. To announce my presence, to define my agenda, to release, that which releases. To sow the seed of release. To release growth and fullness in the place of lack. The fountain represents the water growing like a tree from the seed of the drop. It must grow, it must rise.

You hold the plan to release, you are captive to the plan that brings release. Free your mind, be not bound up, for you are bound to be free. Be free, be released, for I have released you to bring release.

Be open, not closed, be uncontained, be released from containment, from confinement, for I have broken the chains, so that you may move freely, move in freedom, not towards freedom, for you possess freedom!

For what does my glory look like, what brings me glory? Light overcoming darkness, resting on the edge, illuminating that which is high, the high “lights”

Hi, I'm Seedcaster

This site is about elevating the word, lifting what God says higher than our circumstance -what we see with our own eyes, our perspectives of knowledge and understanding.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
