The Falling Into Place

The Falling Into Place

For this is the place of the falling.

The falling.

The place of the falling.

The falling into place.

The place where the walls are falling.

For the walls will fall before you as you walk.

The widening of the path before you.

The unrestricted movement.

The removing of the barrier.

The place of the falling.

For what was once a barrier shall now be a new path to tread.

Freeze pane.

A step frozen in time.

A stopping in the tracks.

Unable to move.

That you make progress where your enemy cannot move.

For he shall unto you “I am tied up right now.”

For I have brought this journey to a halt.

Thus far and no further.

A place of the fallen.

A place for the enemy to fall.

A place of the stopping.

A place to bury your enemy.

A place to pause and reflect.

A place for barriers to fall.

A place where the path of your enemy shall be overwhelmed.

For you shall be robbed no more.

For you shall possess the plunder of your enemy.

For I am separating the enemy from that which was his possession.

Taken from his grasp.

Beyond his grasp.

Taken from his grasp.

Held no more.

For I have broken the arm of the Pharaoh.

Ezekiel 30:21-22 Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and behold, it has not been bound up to heal it by binding it with a bandage, to make it strong to hold and wield the sword. Therefore thus says the Lord God: Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt and will break his arms, both the strong one and the one which was broken, and I will cause the sword to fall from his hand.

Unable to move.

Unable to move as before.

Restricted, bound up, so that you might be free.

Free by my might.

Delivered by my strong arm.

The place of the parting.

The place of stability.

The place of unrestricted flow.

Once parted, now together once more.

For this shall be the place of great stillness.

For you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.

For my calm is poured out upon you and flows all around you. Within and without.

Like honey flowing down, preserving all that it falls upon.

For this land flows with milk and honey.

Deuteronomy 6:2-9 That you may [reverently] fear the Lord your God, you and your son and your son’s son, and keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged. Hear therefore, O Israel, and be watchful to do them, that it may be well with you and that you may increase exceedingly, as the Lord, the God of your fathers, has promised you, in a land flowing with milk and honey. Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God is one Lord [the only Lord]. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your [mind and] heart and with your entire being and with all your might. And these words which I am commanding you this day shall be [first] in your [own] minds and hearts; [then] You shall whet and sharpen them so as to make them penetrate, and teach and impress them diligently upon the [minds and] hearts of your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down and when you rise up. And you shall bind them as a sign upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets (forehead bands) between your eyes. And you shall write them upon the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
