The Elevated Drop

The Elevated Drop.

The self fertilizing drop.

The drop rises, it carries with it growth. The growth is the wrapper to the drop. The rain drops. But my drop rises. As it rises the leaves wrap around it, hold it up. What holds what? The drop elevates the wrapper.

You have sown in tears but you shall reap in joy.

Psalms 126:4-6 And now, God, do it again— bring rains to our drought-stricken lives So those who planted their crops in despair will shout hurrahs at the harvest, So those who went off with heavy hearts will come home laughing, with armloads of blessing.

For each tear, for each drop, I have planted a seed. Each tear is a seed. You see it fall, but I see it rise!

You too shall see it rise!

For in my order that which falls shall rise.

It’s a wash. It’s awash. Awash with my flow. Surrounded all around with my flow. Not engulfed. Not overwhelmed.

Be irrigated not irritated, fertilized not barren……

For with my seed you can only be fertile. This is the seed of life, the seed that must grow. From generation to generation I am GOD!

Be fruitful, and multiply! For I have given you fertile seed.

Your seed is NOW fertile! All around growth. Growth all around. Enlarge your territory. Pace it out, make room for growth. Self fertilizing seed. It rises up all around. I have sprinkled it. I have provided the sprinkler! For every drop shall be a seed!

Wet. The big wet. The misty wet, the moist, the fertile.

Explosive growth. It shall ERUPT. ERUPTIONS ALL AROUND! Forget the small, forget the sprout, the shoot, the seed, for you shall see the forest, not the trees.

Do not prepare for the drop, prepare for the stream. Did I not say rivers of living water!

Get carried away. No retreat, no surrender. Get carried away. Abandon all restraint.

Put away the shears, the pruning implements, line up the harvesters. One use tools shall no longer do.

Bring out the big tools, the ones designed for multiples. Not a single plant but a harvest. Row after row, line after line.

Matthew 9:37-38 Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Isaiah 9:3 You [O Lord] have multiplied the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before You like the joy in harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the spoil [of battle].

This site is about elevating the word, lifting what God says higher than our circumstance -what we see with our own eyes, our perspectives of knowledge and understanding.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
