What do you want to take into your future?

Her mouth moved and uttered these words and yet I was so taken with her that in that moment I was speechless.

All I could do was try and keep it together.

For the answer was so easy. “I just want to take you!”

It was like a visitation from an angel. Gods chosen one, my beloved.

I had to take notes I was so taken by her, and what she was saying.

It was my only chance to keep things together.

For the enemy has taken so much from me, yet I am so taken by her that I consider that I have lost nothing of value.

For my friends would often say, you are so taken with her, so smitten, so off in a trance, in another world, that nothing else matters.

So often it is hard for me to concentrate on what she is saying for I still struggle to comprehend how someone so beautiful could be in my presence, let alone married to me.

You say to me Lord “gird up your loins”.

You say to me “get it together man”, but you know the challenge this presents.

Yet you shall be taken aback by what I have planned for you next. For I am taking back all that was stolen from you. Did I not say you would be staggered, you would be awestruck, struck with awe? For he who would strike you, shall be struck with awe. For I have taken you back. For you shall be taken back. For you shall take that which was taken. For all shall be taken by you, by that which I have placed upon you. Here take my coat. Here take my ring. For you see it again now don’t you?

Yes Lord you woke me up with this vision.

Casually having dinner with my enemy, surrounded by all those who would seek to harm me. Then in a moment, in an instant, a glimmer of light flashed off something on my hand. It caught everyone’s attention and they drew closer. It was the ring of authority, the kings ring. As soon as they saw it they leapt from the table and were running scared.

For I have given you the power and authority that was once your enemies. I have taken from him the power to take from you. Esther 8:1-2 ON THAT day King Ahasuerus gave the house of Haman, the Jews’ enemy, to Queen Esther. And Mordecai came before the king, for Esther had told what he was to her. And the king took off his signet ring, which he had taken from Haman, and gave it to Mordecai. And Esther set Mordecai over the house of Haman.
