Special Delivery

Take hold.

Just take hold.

Just take and hold.

Take hold of this.

Take and hold on to this.

Take my hand.

Here take my hand.

Can we just hold hands?

Just come for a walk with me.

Just come away with me.

Yes just come away with me.

For my arm is outstretched towards you.

Whatever you have done or not done is irrelevant to me.

For my hand is extended towards you.

Oh how I long to be with you.

Withdraw not your hand.

For I know how much you love and are defined by, “to have and to hold from this day forward”

For to hold her hand is my greatest gift to you. For this is my living demonstration of my posture towards you.

Right back at you. “To have and to hold”

For I love to hold your hand.

For my love falls upon you.

For I see you hand.

Face down unable to receive.

For your hand is upon the wheel, is upon the plough.

Yet my gift to you shall be delivered.

In a moment my fruit shall fall from the very heavens above.

Drops of rain, large drops of rain, solid rain, the rain of substance, the reign of great substance. The falling of great substance upon you.

Like marbles falling from heaven.

Yet I know what you are capable of.

So let this sink in.

For it bubbles up.

For I am just blowing bubbles.

One after another it falls from my lips.

I am sending it personally addressed to you.

One bubble after another carrying my stamp of approval.

Addressed from afar, personally delivered from me to you.

This is my version of airmail.

For it splashes upon you, it splashes all around.

My glory splashing all around.

You can see it in the glow.

You can see it shining.

You can see it shining in the sun, defined by the sun.

Bathed in the sun.

An expression of my glory.

Yes an expression of my glory.

A glorious expression of my glory.

For the time of my delivery is here.

For my foundations are solid.

For my foundation cannot be shaken.

Though the very ground shifts my pillars shall not move.

Psalms 46 To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of the sons of Korah, set to treble voices. A song. GOD IS our Refuge and Strength mighty and impenetrable to temptation, a very present and well-proved help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains be shaken into the midst of the seas, Though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling and tumult. Selah pause, and calmly think of that! There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God will help her right early at the dawn of the morning. The nations raged, the kingdoms tottered and were moved; He uttered His voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our Refuge (our Fortress and High Tower). Selah pause, and calmly think of that! Come, behold the works of the Lord, Who has wrought desolations and wonders in the earth. He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow into pieces and snaps the spear in two; He burns the chariots in the fire. Let be and be still, and know (recognize and understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth! The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our Refuge (our High Tower and Stronghold). Selah pause, and calmly think of that!

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
