Restorative
The oil of joy.
The expression of delight.
The manifestation of my goodness, my kindness, from a different kindness.
Ask of me and I will give you the kingdom.
Why squabble over who owns the house when I have given you the kingdom?
For I am just getting started with you.
Be exposed.
Be fully exposed.
Lay aside your cover and come fully into the light.
Come into the light of my fullness.
For you shall bring fullness to those who are so empty.
For what is the point of a fountain where the tap has been turned off at the source?
Is it not just an expression of emptiness? Of a place that once expressed my fullness.
For I have given you an oversupply of my goodness.
Yet AN OVERSUPPLY OF MY GOODNESS.
SAY OH MY GOODNESS!
Repeat after me and declare “MY GOODNESS”.
See that was not so hard was it!
For I am so over all this dryness.
For the desert place only brings forth a thirst.
It is designed to express all that is lacking.
For I provoked you on purpose, for a purpose, for this purpose.
Breakout, break forth, overflow, rend open that which has been blocked up, for it shakes in your presence.
Don’t be a afraid, just show Him your face…
Have I not given you the same spirit as Elijah!
For he asked me for rain, and the rain came.
STOP BEING SO SHY ABOUT IT!
For it pours from your pores when you pause!
My love cannot be contained, my fullness cannot be contained.
When you come to a stop.
When you pause for a moment.
There presents an opportunity.
For my presence is such a present to you, such a gift that must be given away.
For you try to restrain yourself.
You try to fit in.
You try to be ordinary.
And then wonder why you are so frustrated.
I see you as a pregnant mother, so overdue for birth that she looks like she is about to explode.
For you cannot contain the fullness, the multitude, the evidence of my fullness, for it shall be birthed, it shall break out on the left and the right.
For I see you wondering how they will receive the gift, when all I want you to do is give it.
Since when have you cared how you are perceived, how you will be received?
Who told you to fit in?
It wasn’t me, for I command you to stand out!
Break free, bring freedom to those who are broken.
For I am bringing them to you, just as I brought them to John.
Care not for how it seems.
For when my glory breaks out, breaks free, it can only be disruptive.
Do I ask those who live in darkness, is it ok if the sun rises today?
For all shall see, all shall know who you really are, all will know who I have made you to be.
I know, you know, that they must know what it is like to be free.
Give them a demonstration of freedom.
For how can the one who is truly free be shy about his freedom?
Throw off constraint, abandon all restraint, and let my glory flow.
For the streams shall flow on the desert ground.
