Resolution

Hold fast.

Hold fast to that which is true.

Be resolved.

Mount a resolution.

Cast forth a new solution.

Be resolved.

Be solved again.

Be the solution again.

Rise up within.

Be not without.

Put on the solution.

Be the solution.

Be without problem.

Cast aside every weight.

Be without weight.

Put the weight on others.

Extend yourself.

Enable an extension.

Lengthen your hand.

Stretch forth your hand.

Lend a helping hand.

Make a space for an extension.

Provide an extension.

Be extended.

Expect more of me.

Build a nursery.

For you have built a nursery.

Is this not the nursery I commanded you to build?

Did I not say to the barren, make a place for my babies?

For as you have made room for your children, I now make this room for you.

Spread out, think big, forget about the humiliation of your youth.

Don’t hold back for you will not be embarrassed.

Stretch wide your arms.

Embrace that which you have been unable to grasp.

Hold on to this.

Hold fast to this. I am making a way. I have made this room. Shall I not occupy it?

As you clear out the old, room is made.

Make room.

Make a space.

For I have made this space.

For my fullness flows from the empty place.

For even the hollow place must be broken, to make room for my fullness to flow.

For I am bursting at the seams.

For this is no small space.

For you have said unto yourself “this is too small for me”.

You could not tolerate the small thinking of your enemy.

Under pressure.

Under the pressure to confine.

Under the pressure to limit.

In the place of your containment, you could not contain yourself.

You had to make room for yourself.

You could not pass your authority to another.

But now you struggle to hold on to yourself.

To hold it together.

You have strengthened your cords, and lengthened your stakes, stretching yourself beyond your capacity.

A large open space.

An empty open space.

An extensible solution.

A scalable solution.

An offering without boundary.

What is it you now see?

An abundance of seed, an overflow of seed, that you have placed into my hands. Standing upon the rising waters, the overwhelming waters.

“Cast your bread upon all waters”

Ecclesiastes 11:1-7
CAST YOUR bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days.
Give a portion to seven, yes, even [divide it] to eight, for you know not what evil may come upon the earth.
If the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth; and if a tree falls toward the south or toward the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it will lie.
He who observes the wind [and waits for all conditions to be favorable] will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap.
As you know not what is the way of the wind, or how the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a pregnant woman, even so you know not the work of God, Who does all.
In the morning sow your seed, and in the evening withhold not your hands, for you know not which shall prosper, whether this or that, or whether both alike will be good.
Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun.

Cast your produce upon the waters.

For who knows where it will flow?

Am I not the author of the flow?

Is anything beyond my control?

For I know where it goes.

I know the place upon which it shall rest.

Nothing is random for me.

Nothing happens by chance in my kingdom.

A cluster here, a single seed there, a forest here, a giant oak there.

Everything has a purpose.

Everything in its place.

For everything has its place.

Will you go with my flow?

For you go with my flow.

Cast that which I have placed in your hands, upon the flow that I have placed before you.

For the time of resolution is here.

The time of the harvest is here.

For my hands are at work.

If I have formed the seed, will not not supply the means of the harvest?

Fresh insight.

For I have not lost sight of you.

I need no map to guide you into that which is uncharted.

I will supply the chart, for that which is uncharted.

I will lead the blind by ways that they do not know.

For upon your release.

Upon the edge of great darkness.

At the edge of your boundary.

Beyond the habitation of your habit.

Beyond the breakthrough.

After the flutter.

At first the unfurling.

The unravelling.

The unveiling of my handiwork.

For that which you had, is now gone.

The old has passed.

The past is passed.

The work of transformation nears completion.

For you are so different now.

What is it you see of yourself?

The lost mobility, the loss of love, the pain of confinement. It hurts to move. The removal of that which I relied upon. The pain of the absence. The loss of him who mattered the most.

Now look again what is it you see?

The unexpected connections, the unveiling of the new, the unfamiliar, the presence of that which is unfamiliar, the agitation of that which is foreign to me, the disorientation, an uncomfortable feeling.

Did I not say that you would need some time to adjust?

For it is an unfamiliar movement.

A movement of that which is unfamiliar, unexpected, unknown, uncomfortable.

For that which once was a leg, is now a wing.

I will teach you what to do with it.

For you cannot keep your gift hidden.

For what purpose does a wing have if it is not extended?

Focus not on that which was.

Roll with that which is unfamiliar.

Use not that which was, use that which has been grafted in.

As I have commanded you to rise up, is it not like me to give you the means to fly?

For you will get the hang of it.

And soar above the orchard.

For you shall take flight.

For my seed shall take root and multiply and you shall say of it “this is it’s fruit!”

Numbers 13:23
And they came to the Valley of Eshcol, and cut down from there a branch with one cluster of grapes, and they carried it on a pole between two [of them]; they brought also some pomegranates and figs.

Numbers 13:27
They told Moses, We came to the land to which you sent us; surely it flows with milk and honey. This is its fruit.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
