Release

My hand is upon you.

Yes my hand is upon you.

I am with you.

I am for you.

It is going to be ok.

It has been too long since you put your hand upon.

Yes too long.

I know it is emotional for you.

You feel it now don’t you.

For my power is in your hand.

Yes my power is in your hand.

You felt it so strongly.

Warm to the touch.

Impacting to the soul, the mind, the body.

She was a stranger to you.

The opportunity was unexpected.

You hesitated for a moment, but there was no-one else.

For I had chosen you.

I have chosen you.

I am with you.

Did I not give you the words?

Yes Lord. Be released. Be free. Come out of seclusion. Come away with me. I am making a way. I have made a way.

You could tell that these were the words she needed to hear.

For she could barely stand.

It was emotional for her.

For her breakthrough had arrived.

The proclamation had been made.

It was emotional for me. For I love to see you move.

Yet you are the barrier.

You are the boundary.

You are the catalyst.

You are my mouthpiece.

You are my word.

You can see it now can’t you?

Faces covered by their hand, muffling the sound of these words “My word!”

“Allow me to introduce myself again, I am the love you used to think could not exist, I am sure as where you’re standing and as free as the wind. You don’t have to reach for me, cause this is where I am.”

You struggle to break free.

Yet I say to you “be released”!

For I have released you.

Yes I have released you.

I have broken that which contains you.

There is no turning back.

There is no holding back.

You see it now don’t you, you feel it now don’t you.

The overflowing cup has burst.

For I cannot be contained.

I cannot hold myself back.

It is for this purpose that you were created.

You see it now don’t you?

Walking into the room, coming down the aisle, wave upon wave they fell to the ground.

Can you feel me?

Yes Lord. I can barely keep it together.

Don’t hold back, you will not be embarrassed.

For my power rests upon you.

For I have opened your eyes.

What is it you see?

Streams of living water, clothed in the stream, wrapped in the stream.

You wrestle with my choice, you are uncomfortable with my choice.

Yet you know it is my choice.

Robed in my glory, for I have given you my robe of glory.

You see it now don’t you?

Glistening in gold, covered in that which is most precious, possessing all power, all your purpose and intent.

It is time to take of the paupers clothes and put on my glory.

I know at first it will be uncomfortable, but you will adjust to it.

I know you don’t want to make a scene, yet this is my scene, this is my scene to make.

This is how I see it. You want to understand it, you want to know it, you want to respect the feelings of others, you want to stay under the radar.

You can see it now can’t you?

The dot on the radar screen so large it overwhelms the entire screen!

For the time of great shaking is here.

My hand is upon your hand.

This is the time of your release.

No longer captive.

Now captivating.

Now the centre of my attention, the centre of attention.

You worry about what lies ahead.

Yet you know.

Yet you know.

Yet you know.

What is it you know?

To release you is to release glory, for you are the answer. For I have spoken your words. 1 Kings 19:9 There he came to a cave and lodged in it; and behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and He said to him, What are you doing here, Elijah? Jeremiah 1:4-10 Then the word of the Lord came to me Jeremiah, saying, Before I formed you in the womb I knew and approved of you as My chosen instrument, and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; and I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. Then said I, Ah, Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak, for I am only a youth. But the Lord said to me, Say not, I am only a youth; for you shall go to all to whom I shall send you, and whatever I command you, you shall speak. Be not afraid of them their faces, for I am with you to deliver you, says the Lord. Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me, Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day appointed you to the oversight of the nations and of the kingdoms to root out and pull down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.

You need not worry about what you will say, for I shall speak on your behalf, and you shall speak upon my behalf.

For I have given you divine strength that no hostile power can stand against.

When Moses said “let my people go”, these were not his words, but mine.

Go for I will give you the words to say.

It is time to put off that which you have been putting off.

Push to one side yourself, and take possession of myself.

For now is the time.

Expect miracle after miracle, expect the big wet, for this is not a fair fight.

The time of release is here.

You can see it now can’t you?

The golden handcuffs, my hands resting in the golden handcuffs, struggling to move, and then I look down and they are open, for release is here. Isaiah 61:5-7 Aliens shall stand ready and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers. But you shall be called the priests of the Lord; people will speak of you as the ministers of our God. You shall eat the wealth of the nations, and the glory once that of your captors shall be yours. Instead of your former shame you shall have a twofold recompense; instead of dishonor and reproach your people shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double what they had forfeited; everlasting joy shall be theirs. Zechariah 9:11-14 As for you also, because of and for the sake of the covenant of the Lord with His people, which was sealed with sprinkled covenant blood, I have released and sent forth your imprisoned people out of the waterless pit. Return to the stronghold of security and prosperity, you prisoners of hope; even today do I declare that I will restore double your former prosperity to you. For I have bent Judah for Myself as My bow, filled the bow with Ephraim as My arrow, and will stir up your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and will make you Israel as the sword of a mighty man. And the Lord shall be seen over them and His arrow shall go forth as the lightning, and the Lord God will blow the trumpet and will go forth in the windstorms of the south.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
