Radiance

Radiance

Light touch.

The touch of light.

The reflection of light.

The light reflection.

The light that penetrates the depths of darkness.

Bathed in my glory.

Covered in my glory.

Toned in my glory.

All glorious glory.

The glorious glory.

The glory that reaches out to you.

The glory in you reaching out.

Shining upon the very depths.

From above shining down to that which is beneath.

A splash of light.

A light splash.

A light splash.

A ripple of light.

A light ripple.

The light upon the wave.

A wave of great light.

A light wave.

A wave of light.

The casting of the seed.

The casting of the sparkling seed.

A light cast.

The casting of the light.

A bursting forth.

The atmosphere shattered.

A shattering of this atmosphere.

The light penetration.

The penetration of the light.

The rendering asunder.

The shaking up. The shaking of all. The shaking of the air.

The breaking of the air.

The bursting forth.

For that which is light pours from your pores when you pause.

For my hand is upon you.

For the light hand holds the hand of the one most loved.

The hand of light holds your hand.

The dance of light.

The dance of great lightness.

The imprint of light remains in the pit of darkness.

The footprint of light.

The footprints of light.

For the hand of lightness holds your hand.

For the hand of light shakes your hand.

For the light of the world shines upon you.

For you shall have that which sparkles.

Sparkles lighting up the flow.

Bouncing off the flow.

Multiplied in the bounce.

For the one shall become the many.

It is time for the many.

It is time for the many.

My glory on display.

My glory on display.

A display of my glory.

A portrayal in the place of betrayal.

A presentation in the place of reproach.

A representation of my glory.

Presentation of my glory.

A presentation unlike anything before.

A glorious presentation.

Ask as presenting.

Ask as presenting all.

Ask as presenting all that I am.

Present all that I am.

For I have announced my presence.

Present my presence.

You want to respond to the question…

What are you representing?

Or…

Who do you represent?

Yet this is not the question.

This is not in question.

For you know who you represent.

You need not do yourself up, or ensure that you represent yourself well.

For my radiance falls upon you.

It is written all over your face.

You think it matters how you represent yourself?

When you see your beloved, does it matter to you who she represents, who she works for, what her credentials are? No!

For you only look at her through the eyes of love.

Rose coloured glasses, she says.

Yet you know I have only given you eyes for her.

You are all that matters…

The way she carries herself, with such elegance and grace, the manifest presence of my glory, for you know the great gift that she represents, that she presents. For her presence is such a great present to you.

For you can only rest your hand upon her until it hurts.

For you must feel her presence, to know what she presents.

For you must feel my presence to know what I present.

So you know the only question that matters.

What am I asking for?

For you know who holds your hand…

Isaiah 60:1-3 ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you—rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you! For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness [all] peoples, but the Lord shall arise upon you, and His glory shall be seen on you. And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
