Out of Bounds

Out of Bounds.

Power to transform.

Power to transform in your hand.

The lilacs.

The beautiful lilacs.

Cast upon the stream.

The place of connection.

Connection to the flow.

The many launching pads.

The leap frog. The leaping frog.

The frog becomes a bird. Not limited, boundless bounds, abounding.

Bound upon bound, unbounded, without bounds, out of bounds.

Beyond the boundary, crossing the line, out of bounds, beyond the boundary set.

Stepping over the line, beyond the proper point, beyond the accepted standard, infringing upon the established boundary.

Treading on toes.

Without intention, without malice, without care, without caution, without regard.

Regardless!

Without regard, to disregard, to trample upon, to run roughshod, to be reckless, to make a wreck of it, to push down not raise up, to defend and attack, to attack beyond defence, indefensible. To describe it for another, to put on, to be set upon, to be trampled upon. To tear down not to build up, to destroy not to lift up.

For it was without regard, for they have no regard, for they lack the vision, the perspective to see, their view is distorted. An absence of vision.

Why so surprised to see them perishing?

So what?

So what?

So what does it look like?

So what will it look like?

Have I not given you the eyes of Elisha?

The power to see my handiwork, my hands at work?

Yes but my eyes hurt, my own vision is distorted, I am struggling to see!

Why look to another, to support another, have I not given YOU the vision?

The power to transform in your hand.

The caterpillar becomes the butterfly in your hand.

A special transformation. The wings of diverse colour.

Then in a moment you shall be transformed. The caterpillar to the winged creature. The colourful winged creature.

From insect to iron. From worm to harrow. It shall be as I have said.

New levels of joy.

Joy at a whole new level.

Isaiah 55:11-13 So will the words that come out of my mouth not come back empty-handed. They’ll do the work I sent them to do, they’ll complete the assignment I gave them. “So you’ll go out in joy, you’ll be led into a whole and complete life. The mountains and hills will lead the parade, bursting with song. All the trees of the forest will join the procession, exuberant with applause. No more thistles, but giant sequoias, no more thornbushes, but stately pines Monuments to me, to God, living and lasting evidence of God.”

Have I not given you a question to ponder?

How do you want it to look?

For it shall be as you describe it!

But I don’t know where to start?

Yet you do know where to finish!

Did I not say clear out the old to make way for the new.

For the new is coming.

For the new is coming.

For the new is coming.

It is not like the old.

For it shall not be as in the days of old.

Not old, but new.

What does new look like for you?

Let me help you with the description….

New levels of joy, overflowing joy, much laughter, uncontrollable laughter, for you shall know what is it to live in the place called joy!

New levels of peace, for from this point no one shall take your breath from you. No need to hold your breath, just embrace that which you cannot grasp!

New levels of harmony, natural harmony, strike a chord, seriously strike a chord. Not forced harmony, natural harmony, new harmony.

Go and make something new.

Did I not say I am building on the pinnacle of your success.

What is it you would like me to build?

For you know what it looks like, remember this?

Isaiah 54:10-17 For though the mountains should depart and the hills be shaken or removed, yet My love and kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace and completeness be removed, says the Lord, Who has compassion on you. O you afflicted [city], storm-tossed and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in fair colors [in antimony to enhance their brilliance] and lay your foundations with sapphires. And I will make your windows and pinnacles of [sparkling] agates or rubies, and your gates of [shining] carbuncles, and all your walls [of your enclosures] of precious stones. And all your [spiritual] children shall be disciples [taught by the Lord and obedient to His will], and great shall be the peace and undisturbed composure of your children. You shall establish yourself in righteousness (rightness, in conformity with God’s will and order): you shall be far from even the thought of oppression or destruction, for you shall not fear, and from terror, for it shall not come near you. Behold, they may gather together and stir up strife, but it is not from Me. Whoever stirs up strife against you shall fall and surrender to you. Behold, I have created the smith who blows on the fire of coals and who produces a weapon for its purpose; and I have created the devastator to destroy. But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord.

As you go out the exit door, you will find yourself at the entrance.

Look out. Say to your enemy “Look out”.

Watch out. Say to your enemy “Watch out”.

Look out for my footprints, expect the unexpected, anticipate that which is unanticipated.

Beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for ashes, a garment of praise for a spirit of heaviness.

For I have called you to lead.

For I have given you authority.

You have my endorsement.

What you decree shall be established.

“Lord it” over them.

For I will show you what it looks like.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
