Manifest Presence

With great pain and shaking I awoke, the spasms of pain sending tremors through my back and down my leg. It only hurts when I breathe.

Yet it is I that has given you breath.

In Him we have our being, we live and move and have our being. Just let me be. I am so tired of all this pain. Pain upon pain. One day without pain. I remember it like a moment of clarity amidst the fog. Yet in that moment it took me several hours to actually enjoy the moment, and then in a matter of hours I was left wondering how long it would last.

For with great endurance, comes great hope, and hope makes not ashamed.

Do not relax and loosen your grip on courage.

“For we are in over our heads”

For once again I remember the shaking, I feel the shaking, and once again you have revealed yourself to me. For from whence did these words sung by some old pastors of ours come? Yes they came from my lips! For despite the challenging circumstance, despite the pain of the interaction with them, you gave these words to me. “For you will pass through deep waters, you will get to the point that you are in over your heads. But fear not, for at that moment, in that moment the Lord himself will part the waters, and make a way for you”

Yet these same words are so true for you too, for you two.

Is it not from the point of greatest pain, that new birth comes?

From the pain of such great confinement that freedom is birthed?

From the pain of such great loss, comes a new robe of power and authority.

For I have not given you the words of an ordinary man!

For I have put my words upon your lips.

Yes these are my words that you speak!

What is it you say to yourself?

For you can feel the tension without, for my presence bursts forth from your inner most being..

Do you really think that you can hold me down? Do you really think that you can suppress my power?

“It’s all about you Jesus”

You can feel my power can’t you.

Yes Lord, I am so tired of holding it all in.

Selah, pause and think calmly upon this.

For I can feel you within and without, and know that I am not without. Thanks for coming, thanks for caring enough to come.

You are so special to me.

I have chosen you for great things, my plans for you are beyond your wildest imagination.

Yes you can feel an uprising, for my presence stands up within you.

Be lifted up, oh ye gates, and see the king of glory come.

For it shall be glorious.

For it shall be glorious.

Like the rising of the sun.

Yes you remember it well.

The rising of the biggest sun, coming up over the horizon. And these words…. Isaiah 60:1-5 ARISE from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you—rise to a new life! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you! For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness all peoples, but the Lord shall arise upon you O Jerusalem, and His glory shall be seen on you. And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes round about you and see! They all gather themselves together, they come to you. Your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be carried and nursed in the arms. Then you shall see and be radiant, and your heart shall thrill and tremble with joy at the glorious deliverance and be enlarged; because the abundant wealth of the DeadSea shall be turned to you, unto you shall the nations come with their treasures.

Yes your light has come.

Yes indeed, your light has come.

The Glory of the Lord has risen upon you.

My glory rises upon you.

For you shall be radiant.

For all will know you have been with me.

My glory shall be seen upon you.

It is time to unfold your arms, to uncross your arms, to open your arms, to boldly declare that my glory is here.

It is time to take off your cloak of unworthiness, to lay down lack, and pick up abundance.

For the time of your coronation is here, the time of proclamation, the time of declaration is here.

Why ask your circumstance for advice, why wait for the storm to clear, when I have given you clarity and power to overcome it all.

It is time to demonstrate my power.

Time for a free demonstration, time to demonstrate freedom.

For freedom announces it’s presence, declares its intent, manifests itself without permission.

For where the spirit of the Lord is there is freedom.

It is time to display my freedom, to reveal my glory.

You worry about how it will look, yet you know that you cannot contain me, yet you possess me, you only need to let go, to press in and I am present. My presence is revealed.

It is time to release my presence, be reckless in your abandon, care not for what others think.

For my glory rises now upon you.
