Manifest

So many words.

So much happening.

In the course, of the course, for the cause.

And it flows upon you.

Drenched in it.

Soaking in it.

Flowing with it, or overwhelmed by it?

For it falls upon you like rain.

Yet what is your posture?

What is your position?

Are you in or out?

For in the place of shelter, you are at a distance from the rain.

You are dry and warm.

Yet you are dry.

For when it rains you stay inside for you don't want to get wet.

Yet when it is hot and steamy, when it is hot and steamy, when it is hot and steamy.

When it is so hot and steamy, it was a delight to walk in the rain.

For you anticipate a cold reception.

You anticipate the exposure, and stay inside.

Yet I am pushing you out.

Not out in the cold, for you do possess my fire.

You consider the season, the elements, the forecast, before you make plans.

Yet I am pushing you out.

For my path is not determined by the climate.

My movement is not determined by the forecast.

I am out of season, and you are out of bounds.

Yet I am conflicted, I want the climate to be perfect, I want to guarantee the reception, set the scene, control the event and make certain the success. Yet I know that it is only by your hand that we will be blessed. Yet I am frustrated by the repeated rehearsals. Can we not just get to the performance? When and how will you perform your word?

Yet I was so amused by your question and your response to my answer.

I am trying to align myself with your sentiments Lord.

Yes it is cracking me up more and more!

For I simply pondered the thought of "a word for the year", for you have been so gracious to me, I am never at a loss for a word from you.
And yet before I could even ask you, you spoke.
Before I was ready to hear, you spoke.
At first the word "exposure", and then "proclaim" and then "manifest"
And I saw you smiling as you settled on the word "manifest"

Yet you are not smiling?

For I knew in that moment all that you wanted to convey, and the magnitude of it.

Here let me describe it for you.

For when the giant arrives.

For when the unusual is manifest.

For when the unexpected arrives.

For when that which was under the covers is unveiled.

For when that which was incubated is now birthed.

For when that which was buried, rises again.

For when that which was hidden becomes MANIFEST.

For when the appearance, appears, their appearance is impacted.

For when that which is manifest appears, when the unexpected arrives, what do you expect their reaction to be?

For some - awe and wonder, for others fear and trepidation, for others to be like a deer in headlights, for some to run away, for the curious ones to come closer, for the expectant ones great joy, for those who consider themselves dominant - an unwelcome arrival and a desire to assert themselves.
Your picture reminds me of Jeremiah being a mighty fortress and your command for him not to be dismayed at the sight of their faces.

For the mighty one, has a posture and a presence that when manifest irritates your enemy and causes dismay to appear on their faces.

The mighty one, the confident one, the exuberant one, the expansive one, does not react to their reaction, but maintains his disposition.

For you have a choice - to reflect their reflection, or to reflect mine.

I can see you in the place of the pause.

Where you are emerging from your shell, and finding your feet, and trying to gather your strength.

You consider yourself like a chicken emerging from its broken shell, yet this is not what I have shown you now!

Your picture was like a giant T-Rex standing tall in the middle of a great crowd, and letting out a giant roar!

Yet I see you wanting to press pause at the moment of your emergence, at the moment of your manifestation.

I can see you pressing pause and zooming into the image as the crowd looks upon the size of you. They look into your eyes, and you look back into theirs. You see the fear written all over their faces, and ponder how you will respond.

I see you wondering what to say that will calm their fears, and avoid an escalation.

Yet what if your purpose is to escalate?

You consider that a negative word, and yet ride on the escalator to get to a more elevated position.

Let me paint this picture for you.

You consider yourself "less than"

I consider you "more than"

You consider yourself "lower"

I consider you "higher"

You would not choose yourself right now and yet I am calling you "CHOSEN"

Like Jeremiah, I have given you MY AUTHORITY, and my DIVINE STRENGTH, and a purpose to PULL DOWN and to PLANT.

For you shall speak ALL that I have commanded you to say.

Yet you have missed the step in between.

Where you have made me a mighty fortress!

Yes for what does this mean to you?

I am protected, I am mighty, yet compelled to advance.

True, but you have missed the point.

You have MADE me a mighty fortress, that cannot be penetrated, that is the manifestation of your intent.

Yet I can see your face.

You are wondering what all this means, and what you will say, and yet you look more to the words of man, rather than to my words for your speech.

I sense you want me to write that book "The way forward"!

Yes STOP asking everyone for their opinion. Just express mine!

For I will show you the way, I have shown you the way, for you know the way.

Here are some key words.

1. Boldness

2. Curiosity

3. Resolve

4. Resilience

5. Empathy

6. Humanity

7. Courage

8. Power

9. Strength

10. Creativity

11. Passion

12. Vision

13. Dream

If I have given you the message, will I not give you an audience?

For that which is manifest, must be exposed, must be proclaimed.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
