Layers

Layer upon layer.

First it must be unwrapped.

Peel off the skin.

Cut from any angle and you will find each slice has many layers. The same layers.

At the core is a single layer. One core from any angle.

Best sliced. Best with all the layers. For the full flavour.

It you take a bite out of it then it does not taste good.

Best sliced and cooked before eaten. Then sprinkled together with other ingredients.

There is no other thing quite like it.

When it is cut it can bring you to tears….
