In Your Dreams

I saw you in my dreams today.

Standing there, just standing there, taking a stand.

Standing there before the people.

Positioning yourself before the people.

For I placed you there before them.

Sitting there before, feeling the stress and pressure of all that was and what was to come.

Then you caught a glimpse of the power I have placed upon you.

The technicolor coat, no ordinary coat, a coat for he who is not ordinary.

Covered in the colours of the promise.

Made of a metallic snake like skin, very strong, unable to be penetrated, and yet supports my movement, agile movement.

Specially made, designed to fit, designed to support my purpose.

Did I not say that you would be a mighty fortress? Is this not what I was talking about?

In an instant, in a moment, it was like you were something else, someone else.

Calm, composed, confident, funny, strong, as one who possesses authority, not diminished by your experience, confident to express your love, the love of your beloved.

Is it not a dream to be with her, is she not the lead actor in all your dreams!

It was a set up. Did I not say I would give you the words to say, did I not say I would go before? For the president introduces you like a King. Did you ever imagine that?

Was it not like you were dreaming?

For there you stood.

I had shown you my dream, the proclamation to the multitudes, the tipping point, the point of tribute, the announcement of movement.

Now you reflect upon what actually happened and hear the words “In your dreams”

You see it as a false start, a small beginning, the real much smaller than the dream.

Yet this is not how I see it.

You say “it is what it is”, I say “it is as you dream it to be”.

You see a great difference between what I showed you and what was revealed on the day. I see no difference.

For my word has gone out, I have made my claim, I have endorsed you, I have made you my mouthpiece, together you shall rule this land.

You spoke often about how this is just a taste of things to come.

For you have spoken well my son. This is just a taste of things to come.

As the next presenter said “In a short time, this will be a long time ago”

Just like you said, once you hop on the magic carpet ride, in a moment, in an instant you arrive at your destination.

This was no co-incidence, this was foretold, this is how I roll, this is not the first time, this is not my first rodeo.

John 6:17-21 And they took a boat and were going across the sea to Capernaum. It was now dark, and still Jesus had not yet come back to them. Meanwhile, the sea was getting rough and rising high because of a great and violent wind that was blowing. However when they had rowed three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and approaching the boat. And they were afraid (terrified). But Jesus said to them, It is I; be not afraid! I AM; stop being frightened! Then they were quite willing and glad for Him to come into the boat. And now the boat went at once to the land they had steered toward. And immediately they reached the shore toward which they had been slowly making their way.
