Impressive

Make an impression.

Rest your hand upon it.

Don’t be touchy about it.

Rest your hand upon it.

Make an impression.

Allow It to sink in.

Let it sink in.

Press upon it.

Rest upon it.

For that which is hard breaks at your touch.

That which is soft moulds to your hand.

That which is receptive receives that which is given to it.

That which must be sculpted conforms to the hand of the artist.

For the clay is soft yet has substance.

And when it becomes hard it can be softened again by the application of that which flows.

For it takes shape by your hand, at your touch, as you rest your hand upon it.

For it conforms to that which you form.

For that which I have placed in your mind, shall be manifest.

For that which is willing to conform, shall take form, shall take shape, shall be shaped by you.

That which is hard, that which refuses to conform, shall be broken by your touch, shall be shattered and scattered by you.

Don’t pick up the pieces.

Don’t pick up the pieces.

Allow me to restore that which is broken.

For the breakthrough comes to those who are through with their brokenness.

For I bring wholeness to that which lies in pieces.

Yet those who are receptive, will take shape, will be placed at the centre for all to see.

A collision between the sculpted and the one who sculpts.

The fluid and the solid.

The creator and the created.

The one without form, colliding with he who forms.

1 Chronicles 4:9-10
Now Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, “Because I bore him in pain.” And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested.

For I have determined to expand your territory.

For you shall have oversight of this land.

A mighty stature rising over the land.

And what is it you see upon your shoulder

A royal robe, a regal cape, with your hand print clearly visible upon my right shoulder.

And what is it you feel?

Your authority flowing through me, so I can barely stand, and yet I must stand.

Take a stand, make a stand, be outstanding.

And I feel your confidence flowing through me. Your right hand holding me up and pushing me forward.

For you shall take up your position.

For I see you pouring over your words, like they were uttered by someone else. There you are marvelling over your own words.

Have I not appointed you?

Have I not anointed you?

Have I not chosen you for this position?

Be out standing, for I am calling your name.

For you shall declare “who is this heathen?” and he will say of himself “am I a dog”.

For he will acknowledge his position before you.

Be driven on purpose, for this purpose, say unto yourself “for this reason I was born!”

The one who fights on behalf of the Lord.

For you will make an impression.

For you will reveal that which I have impressed upon you.

For I see it dawning upon you now.

You moved us to the west not to rob us, but to expand us. And the first opportunity is as far to the west.

For the caterpillar resides in a small space, but the butterflies territory is expansive.

One travels a small distance and the other travels far and wide.

Say unto yourself “this place is too small for us”

2 Kings 6:1-3
THE SONS of the prophets said to Elisha, Look now, the place where we live before you is too small for us.
Let us go to the Jordan, and each man get there a [house] beam; and let us make us a place there where we may dwell. And he answered, Go.
One said, Be pleased to go with your servants. He answered, I will go.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
