Impressions

First impressions.

What is your impression?

It’s a large footprint!

Rest in it, be impressed by it.

I am your impression.

I was here first.

I made the first impression.

Stand in my step, walk in my step.

For I have flattened the path, I have smoothed the path, I have trodden the ground before you.

What is your impression?

What is your imprint?

Where do you stand?

Stand where I have stood.

Your footprint shall be like mine.

Your impact shall be more than you expect.

What impresses you?

Her smile, her joy, her composure, her disposition, her presence, the overflowing joy, her beauty, her shape, her gaze, her face. I remember it still, like it was yesterday. The water flowing over her, like a fountain, refreshing all around. She resides in my mind, in my heart, in my feelings, in my presence. Love, once ignited lingers in my heart still. I did not care for her CV, her qualifications, for her to impress me with her skill, although she still blows my mind with her insight, and how she knows so much when I don’t have a clue. Her character impresses me, her tenacity, her strength, her commitment, the way she holds fast to that which is good. The way she walks, the direction of her walk impresses me. It is rare that I find someone that impresses me within my business world. I’m looking for someone to do something that surprises me. I’m not seeking to be impressed, my expectation is falling, I’d love to be taught something new, or positively impacted by their knowledge or capability or skill. Would you show me something new here Lord?

Stay the course, walk with me, talk with me, for I am your way, I am your truth, I am your life.

Have you not seen my footsteps before? On the sea, on the dry ground, on the shore, on the mountain, in the mud, in the garden, in the desolate place, in the midst.

Where do you stand, what do you press upon? What is your path, what is your course?

“Be enthroned upon the praises of a thousand generations, you are worthy Lord of all”

For I always make an impression, and yet all are not impressed.

Yet when I am lifted up, I draw all things unto myself.

I am behind you, I stand between your advance and the enemies pursuit. Lift up your rod and advance.

Exodus 14:26-28 Then the Lord said to Moses, Stretch out your hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots and horsemen. So Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to its strength and normal flow when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled into it being met by it; and the Lord overthrew the Egyptians and shook them off into the midst of the sea. The waters returned and covered the chariots, the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that pursued them; not even one of them remained.

For I have put in your hand the power of the flow, it rises and falls at the lifting of you hand.

Speak to that which flows and say “rise up!” To the gap say “be filled”. To the dry place say “big wet!”

For it is I that gives you the power to impress. Press upon me, take a stand with me.

Hi, I'm Seedcaster

This site is about elevating the word, lifting what God says higher than our circumstance -what we see with our own eyes, our perspectives of knowledge and understanding.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
