I’m prepared

I’m prepared!

Hosea 6:3 Yes, let us know (recognize, be acquainted with, and understand) Him; let us be zealous to know the Lord [to appreciate, give heed to, and cherish Him]. His going forth is prepared and certain as the dawn, and He will come to us as the [heavy] rain, as the latter rain that waters the earth.

You are prepared!

I prepare, I plan, I am ready!

Nothing surprises me. Nothing can take by surprise. I’m not taken by surprise.

I’m not moved by it. It takes me no-where.

Psalms 16:8 I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

I prepare a table. I am deliberate in my intent. I plan for the presence of the enemy.

I’ve packed lunch for you, like a mother does for her child. Full of all that you need. Designed with you in mind, from the one who knows you intimately, and loves you to death!

Isaiah 40:3-5 A voice of one who cries: Prepare in the wilderness the way of the Lord [clear away the obstacles]; make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God! Every valley shall be lifted and filled up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the crooked and uneven shall be made straight and level, and the rough places a plain. And the glory (majesty and splendor) of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.

My way is prepared. Prepare Ye my way. Get in alignment with my way, for my way is prepared. Walk on it and you shall be prepared.

Psalms 16:11 You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. Psalms 50:23 He who brings an offering of praise and thanksgiving honors and glorifies Me; and he who orders his way aright [who prepares the way that I may show him], to him I will demonstrate the salvation of God.

Take what I’ve given you. Unpack it. Move in. Leave no box unpacked. It’s time to open the box.

Clear out the old to make way for the new. Unpack the new to receive what you need.

Delight in the unpacking. Be not hesitant. Be joyful. Be surprised with delight at the opening. Be expectant. If I have gone to the trouble of preparing it, you will experience no trouble when you open it. Let not your heart be troubled, believe in me, for did I not go away to prepare for you?

John 14:1-2 DO NOT let your hearts be troubled (distressed, agitated). You believe in and adhere to and trust in and rely on God; believe in and adhere to and trust in and rely also on Me. In My Father’s house there are many dwelling places (homes). If it were not so, I would have told you; for I am going away to prepare a place for you.

Ponder a God who labours now in preparation. He who created the universe in days, now goes to prepare, has gone to prepare, is preparing.

1 Corinthians 2:9 But, on the contrary, as the Scripture says, What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, [all that] God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed]. Psalms 5:3 In the morning You hear my voice, O Lord; in the morning I prepare [a prayer, a sacrifice] for You and watch and wait [for You to speak to my heart].

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
