Golden

First the toppling.

First the tipping.

First the point.

First the tipping point.

First the toppling over.

First the toppling over of the pillar.

For the pillar shall fall.

One and then another.

The first and then the second.

The second.

The seconds.

The second.

The returning for seconds.

The second and then the third.

The one and then other.

For my hand is upon the stream.

In a moment.

In a moment.

For a moment, in a moment, you shall have momentum.

For the flow is in my hands.

For I have placed my hands upon the flow.

For I have placed my hands upon the flow.

One moment here.

The next moment there.

Pulled up like a blanket.

Then unfurled.

Then unfurled.

For it unfurls before you.

For my drop contains my seed.

Look a little closer.

For the drop falls from your hand.

One after another.

One after another.

Yet look again what is it you see?

The seed multiplying in the drop.

Yet look again what is it you see?

Multiplied, multiples.

Just have another look!

The seed is golden, the gold seed, the seed of gold.

For this is my seed oil.

The seed oil.

The oil of the seed.

The oil of the gold.

The gold flakes in the stream.

For the flake attracts that from which it came.

There shall be a drawing from the pouring.

There shall be a drawing from the pouring.

One seed, draws another seed.

As you pour out the drop my fountain rises.

The golden flow, the fountain of that which is gold.

Zechariah 4:6 Then he said to me, This addition of the bowl to the candlestick, causing it to yield a ceaseless supply of oil from the olive trees is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit of Whom the oil is a symbol, says the Lord of hosts.

Seed upon seed, multiplied seed.

Deuteronomy 11:8-15 Therefore you shall keep all the commandments which I command you today, that you may be strong and go in and possess the land which you go across the Jordan to possess, And that you may live long in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give to them and to their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey. For the land which you go in to possess is not like the land of Egypt, from which you came out, where you sowed your seed and watered it with your foot laboriously as in a garden of vegetables. But the land which you enter to possess is a land of hills and valleys which drinks water of the rain of the heavens, A land for which the Lord your God cares; the eyes of the Lord your God are always upon it from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. And if you will diligently heed My commandments which I command you this day—to love the Lord your God and to serve Him with all your mind and heart and with your entire being— I will give the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, your new wine, and your oil. And I will give grass in your fields for your cattle, that you may eat and be full.

Splash it around, splash the gold around, paint with it, be artistic with it, paint me something with it.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
