Even Odds.

Never seen before.

Ask me for something you have not seen before.

Neon cubes.

Flashing neon cubes.

Spinning flashing neon cubes.

Falling from the darkness into the light.

Just a flick of the wrist.

You think it is just in the flick of the wrist.

Yet what is it you see?

Really it is in the wind.

For it is I that shapes the direction of the wind.

It is I that have stacked the odds in your favour.

Rather than roll the dice.

Let’s use the dice as building blocks.

One upon another.

One upon the another.

One upon the another.

More and more.

More and more.

Higher and higher.

Not so high, but higher and higher.

Not so high, but higher and higher.

Stacked higher and higher.

Higher than you can reach.

Beyond your reach.

The highest odds.

Let me roll the dice for you!

In a moment, in an instant what is it you see?

A six, next to another six, in a moment all a around the floor full of sixes. Stacked so neatly, stacked so tightly next to each other.

Just to make my point, let’s have another roll.

In a moment, in an instant the dice flying so randomly in the air. Tossed up by the movement of the ground upon which they rested. At once, violent movement, then in an instant perfect stillness. Amidst the calm, I look down and once again sixes all around, perfectly resting in their chosen place.

In the darkness all around what is it you feel?

The uniform path, the soft sponginess of the floor beneath my feet.

Now what is it you see?

Flashes of light, strobes of light. Edges of light. The path illuminated amidst the darkness.

Let’s go for a walk.

I’ll show you the way.

Can I be your DJ?!

Strobes of lightness.

Strobes of light.

Light that illuminates the way for your feet to walk.

Just like hopscotch.

Look for the pattern.

Look for the light path.

Take the light path.

Step into the light.

Step on the light.

Follow the path.

Psalms 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

I’ll lead you through.

You are welcome on my dance floor.

It is safe on my dance floor.

You won’t be embarrassed on my dance floor.

Just move with the light.

Just respond to the light.

Proverbs 4:18 But the path of the [uncompromisingly] just and righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines more and more (brighter and clearer) until [it reaches its full strength and glory in] the perfect day [to be prepared].

Come on.

Come in.

It is going to be so much fun!

For you shall walk upon the odds.

For the odds shall be even for you.

For it shall not be odd that the odds are even to you.

Even to you.

Even for you.

Even because of you.

For I have made the path even for you.

Even now, it shall be even to you.

For it is time for the even.

Even now.

No need to get even, for I shall give you even.
