Bursting Forth
The enemy pokes and prods, seeking to distract and agitate.
Yet I burst forth in places you don’t expect.
You felt the splash from no-where. High in the sky, yet covered, suspended high, but sheltered.
And in an instant, a splash. A mist in the midst. The refreshing splash. No sign. No sound but you felt it.
You touched your hands looking for evidence, but you felt none.
You paused in wonder, wondering what just happened?
Burst forth, overflow right in your midst. My refreshment in the place of turbulence.
Receive my refreshment in the place of turbulence.
Look around and see and feel and be in wonder at the evidence of overflow in your midst.
See the bubbling forth under pressure. For I am lifting the lid. I am releasing the pressure. I am your surplus. I am running over. I am pouring out more than you can contain. Yet you contain more than you.
(I turned to see and saw a child nearby who had opened their water bottle and it burst forth in her hand, spraying her father and I)
I have positioned you for overflow. This is the seat of overflow. This is the place of overflow. This seat is reserved for you. The place of my intention. The place of refreshment. The place of more.
Understand this is the place of more. This is the place to receive. This is where you shall receive more. A fountain of more. The stream of more.
Align with my intent. Stay in position. Be refreshed. Anointed with refreshment. Appointed to refresh. Not just a stream, but a place of refreshment. For I have placed refreshment in your hands.
The one who refreshes. The oil of joy. The fount, the boundless resource. Understand and know, know and understand. Selah. Worry not about containment, receive my overflow. Repeat after me “I shall not lack, I will overflow”
Psalms 23:3 He refreshes and restores my life (my self); He leads me in the paths of righteousness uprightness and right standing with Him—not for my earning it, but for His name’s sake.
You contain my overflow. Possess my overflow. Carry my overflow. Experience my overflow. Pour out that which you contain. Release from confinement. More in the place of lack. Deliver more. Show more, possess more.
It pours from your pores when you pause!
Isaiah 43:18-19 “Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it? There it is! I’m making a road through the desert, rivers in the badlands. Isaiah 43:20 The wild animals in the fields will thank me, the jackals and owls, too, for giving them water in the desert. Yes, I will make rivers in the dry wasteland… so my chosen people can be refreshed.
