Boundaries

Wade in, move in, step in, push in, dive in. Make a splash, cause a ripple.

For I have lifted the anchor.

The lifting of the anchor causes a wave, a tsunami.

Look again, revisit, for we have spoken about this before. Today it is revealed in your circumstance.

A huge wave. A huge impact. Disturbs the flow. Pushes against the anchor. A huge weight shifts. Moves like a plough. Digs a trench. Establishes a new path for the flow. Breaks through the dry ground. The dryness. That which has never experienced water. Shall be drenched by it. Soaked by it. Never the same again. The dry shall become wet. That which could not grow anything is now fertile. The lush green pasture, from the desert sand. How could this be? It is my flow. The water that lives. That contains life. My substance.

The well watered garden. From the splash, the sprinkler, from the water. Broaden your view, what is it you see? Growth, abundant growth, directed growth, manicured growth, fertile ground. Not too much, just right, just the right mix, the garden! Green pastures. From running with overflow, to new ground, to solid ground, to absorbent ground. One that receives the flow. Springy soil. Lush grass. The word is lush. Ground you can run upon, one that you can rest upon, designed for comfort! I’m pulling up the anchor. It is time to move. (A picture of a huge anchor pulling up, creating a great wave across the water. I was pulled up as the great links of the chain rose. Leaving behind a great hole in the water)

You feel the shift, you feel the movement.

Move and feel the movement.

For I am shifting the boundary line.

Today this day, I am extending the boundary.

Micah 7:7-11 But as for me, I will look to the Lord and confident in Him I will keep watch; I will wait with hope and expectancy for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me. Rejoice not against me, O my enemy! When I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light to me. I will bear the indignation of the Lord because I have sinned against Him, until He pleads my cause and executes judgment for me. He will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold His righteous deliverance. Then my enemy will see it, and shame will cover her who said to me, Where is the Lord your God? My eyes will see my desire upon her; now she will be trodden down as the mire of the streets. In the day that your walls are to be built a day for building, in that day shall the boundary of Israel be far extended and the decree against her be far removed.

It shall be electrifying. You see the flashes, the glimpses of my power.

The power revealed in the movement.

My power shall be revealed in your movement.

For I have given you the arm of the strong, the arm of the Mighty. The Mighty arm of the strong.

Psalms 89:13-19 You have a mighty arm; strong is Your hand, Your right hand is soaring high. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; mercy and loving-kindness and truth go before Your face. Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are the people who know the joyful sound who understand and appreciate the spiritual blessings symbolized by the feasts; they walk, O Lord, in the light and favor of Your countenance! In Your name they rejoice all the day, and in Your righteousness they are exalted. For You are the glory of their strength their proud adornment, and by Your favor our horn is exalted and we walk with uplifted faces! For our shield belongs to the Lord, and our king to the Holy One of Israel. Once You spoke in a vision to Your devoted ones and said, I have endowed one who is mighty a hero, giving him the power to help—to be a champion for Israel; I have exalted one chosen from among the people.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
