Blind Eye

Blind Eye

Turn a blind eye.

Turn a blind eye.

Yes, I am asking you to turn a blind eye.

Seriously turn a blind eye.

For you shall see the eye turn.

Yet I can see the quizzical look upon for your face.

You know what you want to ask me.

What is the point of the blind eye turning when it cant see anything?

Yet again it turns.

Yet again it turns.

For the sighted one sees clearly.

The blind one has no sense of direction.

The spectacled one must look straight ahead.

Yet the blind eye shall turn.

I know this is unfamiliar to you, so unfamiliar to you, so uncomfortable for you, for you like to look outside the box, to see out the corner of your eye.

Yet you can do this no more.

You must look differently.

For I have forced your perspective.

I have forced you to look straight ahead, to turn your head not your eye.

Yet the blind I shall turn.

Watch it turn.

See it turn.

For that which could not see, shall find clarity.

That which was blind shall see.

That which could not see you, shall see you, shall turn to you.

For there shall be a turning.

For the blind eye shall turn.

The seeing eye shall find a new perspective.

For that which was out of focus, shall come into focus.

New adjustments.

New fittings.

New patterns.

New vision.

New turns.

Taking of the turn.

Take your turn.

Make your turn.

Literally take your turn.

Literally make your turn.

Whatever you do there shall be a turning.

A turning.

More turning.

Turnaround.

Turn around.

Turn your head.

There shall be a turning of the head.

For it is no coincidence that I have placed the tree of the turning in your hand.

Check this out.

Seriously check this out.

Isaiah 42:16 And I will bring the blind by a way that they know not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known. I will make darkness into light before them and make uneven places into a plain. These things I have determined to do [for them]; and I will not leave them forsaken.

Is there not a pattern here? Have we not spoken of this before?

2 Kings 6:13 He said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and seize him. And it was told him, He is in Dothan. 2 Kings 6:18 And when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, Smite this people with blindness, I pray You. And God smote them with blindness, as Elisha asked. 2 Kings 6:19-20 Elisha said to the Syrians, This is not the way or the city. Follow me, and I will bring you to the man whom you seek. And he led them to Samaria. And when they had come into Samaria, Elisha said, Lord, open the eyes of these men that they may see. And the Lord opened their eyes, and they saw. Behold, they were in the midst of Samaria!

For I shall send them to find you.

I will give them the sight to find you.

I will enable them to find you.

I will instruct them to go and see you.

Look out, yes look out.

Be on the look out.

Watch and you shall see.

For what is an unfamiliar path to them, is a familiar path to you.

For what is familiar to one, can be unfamiliar to another.

Give them a lesson in sight. Show them how to see.

For I will give you clarity.

A new vision, a fresh perspective, a new means to see, a new framework for vision, a new way of seeing.

Even now, those around you ask about your sight, and talk about how they see.

For I will show you the way.

For I shall send them to ask you for directions.

For they shall turn aside to see.

Exodus 3:2-4 TheAngel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush; and he looked, and behold, the bush burned with fire, yet was not consumed. And Moses said, I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush is not burned. And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called to him out of the midst of the bush and said, Moses, Moses! And he said, Here am I.

I will cause them to turn aside and see.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
