Beloved

Beloved

Out of position.

Away from all that is known.

Pushed out.

Imposed upon.

Discomforted.

Without comfort.

Uncomfortable.

For I am disturbing that which disturbs you.

Pulled out.

I am intervening.

For this is the time of intervention.

For I am standing in.

I am stepping in.

Into the place.

Into your place.

Into your face.

For I want you to experience something new.

New for old replacement.

An exchange.

The performing of an exchange.

The exchange of performance.

To become.

To be.

To come and be.

Just be.

Attracted to yourself.

Attracted to you.

Embracing of you.

Wrapt in you.

In pursuit of you.

Following after you.

Longing to be like you.

Modelling themselves after you.

Wanting to be like you.

To resemble you.

To represent you.

Why is this so uncomfortable?

Do you not know you are my beloved?

Fashioned after me.

Resembling me.

Just look at yourself.

Have regard for yourself.

Behold yourself.

For you are fearfully and wonderfully made.

All that has happened to you, has been for your good.

For I am working.

For this is my work.

My handiwork in your hands.

Your hands are my handiwork.

For I have given you great power.

The power of greatness.

For this day I will begin to magnify you in their sight.

Yet hold on to this truth, you are magnificent, full of wonder, full of my fullness, full of my greatness.

For I have placed my delight in you.

Release my delight.

Release my light.

Reflect my glory.

For what you have done or not done is immaterial to me.

Is not your heart after mine?

Are you not a man after my own heart?

For this is the time of great exposure.

The manifestation of my delight.

You feel my power welling up within you.

Within and without.

That you may realise who you are with, and may possess all that is without.

For I intend to place you, to substitute you, to replace you, to place you again, to deposit my fullness in the midst of those who are without.

With alongside that which is without.

With alongside that which is without.

With alongside that which is without.

For you possess all.

I have bestowed upon you greatness.

2 Kings 2:12-14 And Elisha saw it and he cried, My father, my father! The chariot of Israel and its horsemen! And he saw him no more. And he took hold of his own clothes and tore them in two pieces. He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him and went back and stood by the bank of the Jordan. And he took the mantle that fell from Elijah and struck the waters and said, Where is the Lord, the God of Elijah? And when he had struck the waters, they parted this way and that, and Elisha went over.

This is the time of remantling.

The reversal of the dismantling.

The remantling.

The removal of one mantle, and the laying upon of a new mantle.

The taking off of the shepherds coat, the peasants coat, the paupers coat.

A fresh coat.

A new coat.

A new way of appearing.

A new appearance.

More than before.

So much more than before.

For I have risen before you.

For I have risen within you.

A new level of impact.

May you be seen like never before

From doing to being.

Radiating my glory all around.

Illuminating the path ahead.

For the past is passed.

For you past is behind.

You will forget the humiliation of your youth.

New authority.

New attention.

For I am calling all to attention.

I say unto them “pay attention”

For I have called them to attend to you.

Come to attention I say.

For I know this feels so uncomfortable for you.

Thrust into the limelight.

Birthed a new.

From darkness into the light.

A baby shower.

A new birth.

A new life.

For everything is now so different.

This is the work of my hands.

Sit back and relax.

Just receive all that I have planned for you.

Sit like a King upon your throne and call for attention.

Call for service.

Beckon them to come.

Call them to attention.

For this is the work of my hands.

Fear not the attention.

Reflect upon this.

Reflect my reflection.

Release my glory.

For the upheaval is upon you.

A whole new level, a brand new level of wholeness.

Don’t hold back you won’t be embarrassed.

Isaiah 54:4 Don’t be afraid—you’re not going to be embarrassed. Don’t hold back—you’re not going to come up short. You’ll forget all about the humiliations of your youth, and the indignities of being a widow will fade from memory.

For this is the time of the great unveiling, the unveiling of greatness.

For my glory rises upon you.

Upon you I have placed my glory, my delight and my affection.

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
