Adornment

Adornment

Be uplifted.

Come up higher.

Rise to the surface.

For my beauty rises to the surface.

Take a deep breath.

Breathe from the deep.

From the depths you shall rise.

Come to the surface.

Rise above the surface.

I’ll keep you afloat.

Be not submerged.

Rise to the occasion.

Feel the sense of my occasion.

For on this occasion, at this time, you shall be far from occasional.

This is no once-off party.

This is your destiny.

For your beauty is not occasional, it is everlasting.

No matter what you wear, whether with it or without it, my beauty is on display.

A garment for every occasion.

A garment expressive of praise.

My antidote for a spirit of heaviness.

The garment of elevation, the adornment that lifts.

The adornment expressive of that which I adore.

The power of N.

For there is movement in the atmosphere.

A new alignment, a new refreshing, the invasion of a refreshing spirit.

For the great crowd gathers to receive.

One after another they come to pay tribute, to receive all that I have given to her.

Be not overwhelmed, for I have given you rite of passage. I have given you the words to write.

For there is something special about her.

The way she carries herself, yet more so, what she carries.

The ability to birth multiples.

The capacity for more, so much more.

In the place of weakness I have bestowed upon her great strength.

Beyond the ordinary, inhabiting the extraordinary, possessing the abundance, holding the keys to my storage house, a refuge for so many.

For the light I have placed within her, shines brighter and brighter each day, bursting forth in her smile, invading the darkness within and without.

A new dress I have placed upon her, a new adornment for the one I adore.

It unfurls from above to that which is beneath.

A light dress, a fresh dress, a red dress, a distinctive dress for the one I have set apart.

In the place of chaos, a coronation, a fresh appearance, a new parade, the parade of lightness.

The elevation of lightness, a reflection of my glory, a wonder to behold, a wonder to have and to hold.

For the many shall wait upon her, the many shall weight upon her, laying their weight upon her, exchanging their weight for her lightness, her light.

For my garment expressive of praise, showcases my glory, causes all that is heavy to be lifted up, takes the strain, takes the burden.

For my place of rest, provides rest to all.

A beacon of rest, a light shining in the darkness.

My proclamation of peace.

A new season of peace.

A new reception.

The receiving of my peace.

My gift of peace.

Isaiah 61 THE SPIRIT of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound, To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord [the year of His favor]and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion—to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit—that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. And they shall rebuild the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former desolations and renew the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations. Aliens shall stand [ready] and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers. But you shall be called the priests of the Lord; people will speak of you as the ministers of our God. You shall eat the wealth of the nations, and the glory [once that of your captors] shall be yours. Instead of your [former] shame you shall have a twofold recompense; instead of dishonor and reproach [your people] shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double [what they had forfeited]; everlasting joy shall be theirs. For I the Lord love justice; I hate robbery and wrong with violence or a burnt offering. And I will faithfully give them their recompense in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant or league with them. And their offspring shall be known among the nations and their descendants among the peoples. All who see them [in their prosperity] will recognize and acknowledge that they are the people whom the Lord has blessed. I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul will exult in my God; for He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. For as [surely as] the earth brings forth its shoots, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to spring forth, so [surely] the Lord God will cause rightness and justice and praise to spring forth before all the nations [through the self-fulfilling power of His word].

Elevated Purpose

I am a man of passion, of purpose, but fundamentally one who holds on to God with every fiber of my being. I learnt some years ago that it is one thing to say that I “trust” God,  or that I “have faith”, but it is a whole other level to obediently put that word, that faith into action.
